Sport Specific Training
Sport specific exercises are utilized to improve the level of play. Specificity is one of the most popular terms in sports training today for good reason. Training programs are designed to improve the athletes performance level on the field while addressing potential areas more commonly at risk of injury. By training sport specific movements vs. muscles the athlete has the best chance to transfer his/her strength into the game. Generally, sessions will include: dynamic flexibility, hip, core, and shoulder stability, total body resistance training, and regeneration techniques.
Programs are offered in one-on-one, small group, and team training options.
Sport Specific Team Training- Coaches, this is a great way to keep your team motivated and build camaraderie all year long.
Speed and Conditioning Camps Throughout the year select speed and conditioning camps will be available to improve running technique, agility, explosiveness, core strength, balance, and flexibility.
