Class Schedule 
 
All classes are designed to improve overall athleticism with an emphasis on your sport specific needs.  Our goal is to provide the serious athlete who is committed to excellence with a program that maximizes your athletic potential!

Classes will be held at Riley Athletics training facility.  Each class will have a maximum of 6 participants so sign up today before they are  full. Contact us to sign up or for more information on classes today! 


Baseball/Softball Conditioning Classes:

 

  • Multiple AM and PM Classes available Monday - Thursday
  • Saturday Class from 9:30am—10:30am
  •  
    Saturday Class from 10:30am—11:30am

 

Adult Athletic Training & Fitness Classes

  • Tuesday and Thursday Classes from 6:00pm - 6:45pm
  •  
    Monday, Wednesday and Friday Classes from 6:00am - 6:45am

*Individual adult training times available based on availability
