Coach Ryan Riley, CSCS
After an extensive playing and coaching career, Coach Ryan Riley transfers his passion for sports performance training to his athletes. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Coach Riley serves as the strength and conditioning coach for his alma mater, Seattle Prep High School, overseeing the strength development and speed and conditioning of the athletic program.
Formerly a professional baseball player with the Tampa Bay Rays, Coach Riley also earned collegiate accolades as an All-ACC and College World Series player with Clemson University, and as a Division I coach with East Carolina University.
Over the last 10 years, Coach Riley has worked with thousands of athletes of all abilities in one-on-one, small group, team and large group settings. His experience, education, and athletic background enable him to implement the highest standards of sports specific training and injury prevention practices with all sports.
